A complaint may be filed against the resolution for the settlement of the registration application at the tribunal in whose territorial jurisdiction the applicant's registered office is located, within 15 days from the pronouncement, for the parties, and from the date of publication of the amending document of the articles of incorporation in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part IV, respectively Part VII, for any other interested person. In the case of resolutions rejecting the registration application and registrations that do not lead to the amendment of the articles of incorporation, a complaint may be filed within 15 days from the pronouncement, for the parties, and from the date of publication on the website of the National Trade Register Office or on its online services portal, for any interested person.
