The purpose of this procedure is to implement, at the internal level, the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition by higher education institutions of teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited university institutions from abroad, approved by OM no. 5.922 dated December 6, 2016, and to establish the responsibilities of USAMV Iași regarding its obligations, according to the aforementioned legal provisions, specifically ensuring the methodological framework for evaluation and automatic recognition of teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited university institutions from abroad, in a unified, transparent, and legal context, closely correlated with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 concerning the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.

Appeal routes

The decision of recognition or non-recognition is issued, following the pronouncement of the final solution, by the Board of Administration of USAMV Iași. Appeals regarding the non-recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of Doctor of Science by IOSUD - USAMV Iași must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the decision. The response to the submitted appeal will be communicated, within 5 calendar days, by the IOSUD – USAMV Iași management. The final decision may subsequently be challenged in court.
