The procedure outlines the steps to follow and the documents to be presented for enrollment in the professional training program for mountain rescuers and in the professional training and assessment program for beginner mountain rescuers at the National Salvamont Center, Stage I - summer, and Stage III - winter.
The profession of mountain rescuer can only be practiced by an accredited individual who meets all the requirements set out in Decision No. 77/2003 regarding the implementation of measures for preventing mountain accidents and organizing mountain rescue activities.

To enroll in the professional training program for mountain rescuers and in the professional training and assessment program for beginner mountain rescuers at the National Salvamont Center, Stage I - summer, and Stage III - winter, the applicant submits the required documents online or by mail in copy, and will present the originals before the certification exam.
