Through this procedure, the method is established by which UBdB automatically recognizes the teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited foreign university institutions, according to the annex present in OM 5922 / 15.12.2016.

The teaching profession (or doctoral supervisor) is found at position no. A.8 in Annex no. 2 of Law no. 200 of 2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*

Appeal routes
Within 2 working days from notification, the applicant may appeal the decision of non-recognition of the teaching position. The appeal is submitted to the UBdB registry or by email at it.bioterra.bucuresti@gmail.com. The review committee resolves the appeal within 3 days from registration.
