Details

The procedure is applicable in the case of settlement on the territory of Romania, for professional qualifications obtained in third countries by:

a. citizens of EU, EEA, and EC member states (including Romanian citizens)

b. family members of a citizen of an EU, EEA, and EC member state

c. long-term beneficiaries of the resident status granted by one of the EU, EEA, and EC states

d. citizens of third countries, beneficiaries of permanent resident status in Romania.

Persons falling under points b, c, d will also provide a copy of the documents certifying the mentioned status.

The profession of dental technician, regulated by Law 96/2007, is included in the "List of regulated professions in Romania" in Annex no. 2 of Law 200/2004 - regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania*
