The procedure is applicable in case of settlement on the territory of Romania, for professional qualifications obtained in an EU, EEA, or EC state by:
a. citizens of the EU, EEA, and EC member states (including Romanian citizens)
b. family members of a citizen of an EU, EEA, or EC member state
c. long-term beneficiaries of resident status granted by one of the EU, EEA, or EC states
d. citizens of third countries, beneficiaries of permanent resident status in Romania.
Persons who fall under points b, c, d will also provide a copy of the documents attesting to their mentioned status.

The document must show that the title obtained entitles the applicant to have access to the profession of dental technician or to practice it on the territory of the respective state, and it must mention the level of qualification obtained, in accordance with Directive 36/2005, art.11.*
