Until April 30, city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload the Borderau and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding remedies; in case of dispute, the common law provisions apply.
Any person who considers themselves harmed in a right or a legitimate interest by a public authority through an administrative act or by the failure to resolve a request within the legal deadline may address the competent administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
