Able-bodied persons who do not earn income from salaries or other activities will present proof that they are registered with the Territorial Agency for Workforce Employment for job placement and have not unjustifiably refused a job offer or participation in a professional training program / certificate for certifying the loss of work capacity (including special aid slip). Proof issued by A.J.O.F.M - Galati / certificate for certifying the loss of work capacity (the medical decision issued by the social insurance expert doctor within the county pension house and other social insurance rights, for disability pensioners; the certificate issued by the medical expertise commission for persons with disabilities, for people with disabilities; the medical certificate of work capacity, issued by the social insurance expert doctor within the county pension house and other social insurance rights, for persons with chronic disabling diseases and who are not insured in the public pension system; medical certificate issued by the family doctor or, as appropriate, by the specialist doctor, for persons with conditions that cause temporary incapacity to work.*
