- identity document of the applicant and all family members over the age of 14 (B.I., C.I., C.I.P.); - birth certificate of children up to 14 years old; - marriage certificate – if applicable; - divorce decree/notarial deed – if applicable; - affidavit of factual separation of persons – if applicable; - death certificate – if applicable; - copy of the final court decision granting custody of the child or approval of adoption, - decision of the Child Protection Commission regarding the measure of family placement of the minor, disposition of the guardianship authority, according to the law – if applicable; - other supporting documents regarding the family composition, as the case may be. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding conformity with the original.*

- sale-purchase contract; - sale-purchase contract with maintenance clause or with habitation clause; - rental contract; - loan for use contract; - inheritance certificate/succession deed; - notarial power of attorney drawn up by the owner of the dwelling or by the holder of the rental contract, or by the legal representative of the single person who has not reached the age of 16; - other documents, as appropriate. The copy will be certified handwritten as being in conformity with the original.*

- pension slips (for all types of pension)/ certificate from the Pension House from the month prior to submitting the application; - unemployment benefit payment slip and/or monthly unemployment income supplement; - state allowance slip, placement or other allowances, from the month prior to submitting the application; - disability allowance/complementary budget slip or any other allowances granted according to the law – from the month prior to submitting the application; - income from lease, bank interest, transfer of goods – if applicable; - statutory declaration from the holders/members who do not generate income – if applicable. The copy will be hand certified as conforming to the original. - employment certificate for all family members, showing the net income obtained in the month prior to submitting the application, the value of meal vouchers or a statement that meal vouchers are not received, bonuses, food allowances, etc – in original.*
