Equivalence of the baccalaureate diploma obtained by Romanian citizens abroad or at an educational unit that organizes and conducts on the territory of Romania educational activities corresponding to an educational system from another country - procedure for educational institutions

This procedure applies exclusively to pre-university educational institutions (post-secondary schools) and higher education institutions in Romania that submit candidates' files for enrollment in one of the study programs they offer.

All requests will be accompanied by a Forwarding Note electronically signed by a representative of the institution.

The CNRED decision can be appealed, only once, within 45 working days from the date of acknowledgement. CNRED will rule within 60 working days. The resolution period may be extended in justified cases, the applicant being notified in writing, by postal services or electronic mail.
