The procedure regulates the automatic recognition of the status of doctoral supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.
The "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy recognizes the status of doctoral supervisor or habilitation obtained at:
a) accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation;
b) accredited higher education institutions included in the List of prestigious universities from other countries, approved by Order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research, periodically updated.
