Issuing authorization for the placement of constructions, dwellings, and enclosures in the area of county roads (without a road access to the county road). The documentation for authorization will be presented and will have the original signature and stamp of the designer. Each plan sheet will have, at the bottom right, a title block which will include: the name of the design company that prepared the project, registration or authorization number, as applicable, the title of the project and the plan sheet, the project and plan sheet number, the date of preparation, the name, position, and signature of the preparer, verifier, and the project manager, in accordance with annex no. 3 to the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing no. 839 of October 12, 2009, for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works, with subsequent amendments and completions. In preparing the documentation, the provisions of Government Ordinance 43/1997 regarding the legal regime of roads with subsequent amendments and completions, the Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for the approval of Technical Norms regarding the conditions for designing and placing constructions, installations, and advertising means in road areas, on bridges, overpasses, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as the arrangement of access roads to public roads, Government Decision 525/1996 for the approval of the General Urban Planning Regulation, with subsequent amendments and completions, SR 1848/1/2/3 – 2011, SR 1848/7 – 2015, STAS 1848/5-82 regarding road signaling will be observed.
