Identity document – copy, and proof of name change – copy and certified translation (if applicable);*

Doctoral diploma obtained from one of the accredited higher education institutions mentioned in Art. 3 of the methodology (in copy and certified translation), accompanied, if applicable, by a document issued by the institution that awarded the diploma, which must contain the name of the field of doctoral university studies in which the applicant obtained the diploma and the title of doctor (this document is not required if the field of doctorate is specified in the doctoral diploma);*

The order regarding the awarding of the doctoral title issued by the competent authority from the issuing country – copy and legalized translation*

The summary of the doctoral thesis or the website address where the summary or the doctoral thesis is posted in a widely spoken international language (the application for the recognition of the doctoral diploma will indicate the link);*

Curriculum vitae from which the period of doctoral internship carried out abroad can be identified, signed by the applicant;*

List of scientific articles and contributions, signed by the applicant;*

Proof of payment of the evaluation fee, in the amount of 100 lei;*

Other documents, if applicable.*
