Technical opinion from ANIF for obtaining the Building Permit for investment objectives located within the built-up area of localities - for individuals*

The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the approval may be granted, following a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration date of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and its on-site verification.

The extension of the approval will have a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the approval’s validity is not possible, and the applicant will need to obtain, under the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
