The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as the case may be. (except in cases where the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as the case may be, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, the land book number, the cadastral number and/or the topographical number, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
