Copy of the zoning certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning map and the site plan with the inventory of coordinates*

Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / Technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be obligatorily verified according to the law by a certified project verifier. In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

Copy of the ANIF technical notice for obtaining the Building Permit or the ANIF technical agreement (as applicable), for verifying compliance with the conditions imposed when issuing the notice*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, the CF number, the cadastral number and/or the topographic number, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
