In order to determine the amount of the sanitation fee for household users, citizens living in blocks/houses must attach to the attached form a copy of the identity card for all those living at the respective address, birth certificate (for minors), and a certificate from the homeowners' association (for people living in blocks) showing the number of people.

The calculation of the sanitation fee for individuals is based on the declaration regarding the establishment of the sanitation fee for individuals, which must be submitted within 30 days from the date of acquiring the property or from the occurrence of any changes regarding the number of people living in the property.

The fee can be paid by several methods:
