The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) issues the necessary approvals for obtaining construction/demolition permits for masts and buildings that may affect the functioning of ANCOM's monitoring systems, and the request may be made by any natural person, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the ANCOM approval is requested through the urban planning certificate. ANCOM issues the approval in accordance with art. 10, para. (2), point 31 of GEO no. 22/2009 regarding the establishment of ANCOM, published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 174 of March 19, 2009, approved by Law no. 113/2010, as subsequently amended.
ANCOM reserves the right to request the supplementation of the documentation, in certain cases, with other documents besides those presented in the procedure.
