People who have completed parental leave and earn taxable income (resume their activity) benefit from an insertion incentive until the child reaches the age of 3, or 4 in the case of a child with disabilities. Attention - The person benefiting from the insertion incentive must earn taxable income throughout the period in which they benefit from this right. If the person no longer earns income, they must notify this change. Any change must be communicated within 15 working days from its occurrence.
