Social vouchers for kindergarten are granted to children from disadvantaged families who participate in activities organized within preschool education units and for whom there is both a risk of dropping out and of not attending preschool courses, due to limited access to economic resources and education.
The social voucher for kindergarten is granted to children from disadvantaged families, provided that all of the following criteria are cumulatively met:
the child is enrolled in a preschool education unit, and the monthly income per family member is up to twice the minimum guaranteed income level for a single person, as provided by Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income, with subsequent amendments and completions.
