For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application form is filled in and submitted to the issuing authority (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit), accompanied by the original issued building permit.

The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 45 days before the expiry of its validity date.

When submitting the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
