The identity document will be scanned (identity card for adults with severe or pronounced disabilities, and in the case of minors, the birth certificate or identity card will be scanned).*

The certificate of disability classification and its Annex will be scanned.*

It is submitted scanned only in the situation where the applicant is employed as a personal assistant*

The pension decision for the person with severe or pronounced disability who is also a pensioner will be scanned.*

It will be submitted scanned only in the case where the person with severe or accentuated disability is placed under interdiction and has a legal representative appointed.*
