This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the tax attestation certificate for individuals.
* For Transfer Tax Certificates (buildings, land), payment of all overdue obligations and the full payment for the asset to be transferred is required.
* Obligations are considered paid when the treasury account has been debited and this is reflected in the fiscal records of the issuing institution.
* The tax attestation certificate is issued within a maximum of two working days from the date of the request and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
