The professions of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant are regulated professions in Romania by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 144 of October 28, 2008 regarding the practice of the profession of general nurse, the profession of midwife, and the profession of medical assistant, as well as the organization and functioning of the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Medical Assistants of Romania.*

Holders who have completed their high school studies abroad are required to attach, as applicable: *The Certificate of Equivalence of the Baccalaureate Diploma or proof of acceptance to post-secondary sanitary studies in Romania, issued by the Ministry of National Education, or proof of recognition of the 12 grades completed abroad, issued by the County School Inspectorates /School Inspectorate of the Municipality of Bucharest.*

MANDATORY FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES BEFORE 2007 – Employment record book – copy certified “true to the original” by the employer. In the case of private sector employers, the INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT must be uploaded electronically, accompanied by additional documents – copies certified “true to the original” by the employer. If the applicant cannot provide proof of professional experience, they must attach a scanned self-declaration stating this. The declaration must include their full name, identification details, address, profession, and the statement “I hereby declare on my own responsibility that I have not practiced the profession and do not possess evidence regarding professional experience.” FOR GRADUATES WHO ENROLLED IN STUDIES STARTING FROM 2007 – a scanned declaration must be attached, indicating the full name, identification details, address, profession, and the statement “I, the undersigned…, declare that I graduated from the school/faculty … in the year…”.*

The REVISAL extract must include the position, employment norm, start and end date of the worked period... FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES AFTER 2010 - you must attach a scanned declaration stating your name and surname, identification data, domicile, profession, and the statement "I declare that I graduated from the school/faculty ... in the year ...".*
