The urbanism certificate is the mandatory informational document through which the county or local public administration authority communicates the legal, economic, and technical status of real estate properties and the necessary conditions for carrying out investments, real estate transactions, or other real estate operations, according to the law. The urbanism certificate is issued at the request of any applicant, natural or legal person, who might be interested in knowing the data and regulations to which that real estate property is subject. The urbanism certificate does not confer the right to execute construction works.*

Document certifying ownership or another real right over the property for which the certificate is requested (sale-purchase contract, donation, certificate of inheritance, ownership title).*

Document issued by the Office of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity, used to check the current legal status of the property (owner, surface area, charges, prohibitions). The excerpt must be updated as of the date the application is submitted.*

Document attesting payment of the fee for issuing the urbanism certificate, established by decision of the local council. The amount of the fee is calculated based on the area of the land for which the certificate is requested, according to the legal provisions in force. Payment can be made at the institution's cashier, by bank transfer, or by electronic means, and proof of payment is attached to the application.*

Document by which the applicant briefly describes the purpose of requesting the urban planning certificate and the proposed works or operations (construction, extension, subdivision, change of use, information, etc.), in order to establish the applicable urban planning requirements.*
