This procedure describes the way in which individuals, Romanian citizens or citizens of other member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), can request the recognition of the document attesting the status of site supervisor obtained in their country of origin and who wish to work permanently in Romania. The site supervisor authorized by ISC is a person employed by the investor/beneficiary, having the obligation to ensure the correct verification of construction works throughout the duration of the works, according to the law.

Romanian citizen specialists or citizens of another EU or EEA member state, who have been authorized to carry out site management activities through an act of authority - authorization or equivalent document - issued by the competent authorities recognized in those states, and who wish to perform the activity in Romania

The profession of site supervisor is included in Annex no. 2 - The list of regulated professions in Romania from Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*
