The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issue, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.
The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms, during its validity period, is carried out as a result of changing the headquarters address, changing the company name, changing the organizational form of the company, adding/removing an object of activity.
The registration documents must include the following:
Standard requests: Form F4
Forms 2, 3 will be submitted only in the case of adding new working points/storage spaces, or in the case of deleting working points/storage spaces.
Copies of documents:
- modification documents, such as headquarters, change of organizational form, etc., and/or completion of the documents on the basis of which the registration was made
- copy of CUI;
- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office
- copy of the invoice/payment order regarding payment for the registration operation in the register.
The fees for registration operations are provided by Government Decision 1086/2008, as follows
- if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space,
- replacement of the registration certificate as a result of changes in the identification data of the economic operator - 50 lei,
- in the case of requesting the registration of a new activity 50 lei;
- emergency fee/request additional fee 300 lei.
Payment is made at the ORDA cashier's office at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, District 1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
