The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Software Programs is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to Article 36, paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.
The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Software Programs, during its validity period, is requested due to a change in the headquarters address, change of company name, change in the company’s organizational form, addition/removal of an activity object.
The documents for replacement must include the following:
Standard application forms: Form 4, Form 2 is submitted only when adding new work points/storage spaces, Form 3 is submitted for the deregistration of previously registered work points/storage spaces.
Documents Copies of:
- documents of modification such as headquarters, change of organizational form, etc., and/or completion of the documents based on which the registration was made - copy of CUI-
- the previous certificate and its annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;
- if applicable, Form 2 for registering new work points/storage spaces and/or Form 3 for deregistering old work points/storage spaces;
- invoice/payment order regarding payment for the registration operation in the register.
The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008 and Order no. 2029/2009, as follows:
- replacement of the registration certificate due to changes in the identification data of the economic operator;
- in case registration of a new activity is requested if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei
- emergency fee/request additional charge 300 lei;
- if registration of new work points/storage spaces is requested - the fee is 20 lei.
