Visa of the certificate of technical quality and extrajudicial expert, for the purpose of conducting, on the territory of Romania, with the observance of the normative acts and the rules in force applicable in the field of electric energy, the activities of technical quality expertise of electrical installation works and/or when a legal act or a state authority with control attributions in the field of electrical installation works provides for this.
