According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document which is issued upon request to any applicant - natural or legal person. 2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not substitute the building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
