2 evaluation reports regardless of specialization (EI, EPI, EBM), in Romanian; these reports: i. must be representative for each specialization and must have been prepared by the candidate in the last 2 years; ii. must comply with the requirements of the Valuation Standards adopted by the Association, valid at the time of the evaluation, and the professional practices of the Association regarding the content of the report, the approach method and methods used, and the valuation procedures imposed by legal regulations (where applicable); iii. as a principle, the level of complexity must be above that of the projects and evaluation reports prepared for course completion and practical internship exams; iv. must contain the justification of different relevant aspects for how the conclusion was reached and must have the coherence and transparency necessary for the complete understanding of these aspects; the reports may be depersonalized; v. must be accompanied by calculation models in Excel format. Not accepted in the application file: i. simplified/uniform reports; ii. apartment evaluation reports; iii. verification reports.*
