This procedure describes the way in which natural persons, citizens of another Member State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area, can request technical-professional certification based on an examination for performing the activity of technical expert in constructions in Romania. The technical expert carries out their activity in one of the following forms - as an employee of a legal entity whose statute provides for technical quality verification activities of projects, in compliance with the legal provisions - authorized, as a natural person, to independently carry out activities - as an employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven with a valid ID card, issued by the competent authority together with the certification certificate.
