In the event of a name change for the tourist accommodation facility, the economic operator, holder of the classification certificate, submits the documentation presented below for the name change. The applicant's request is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its submission accompanied by complete documentation. Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the complete documentation, a new classification certificate is issued with the new name of the tourist accommodation facility. In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, via a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as the consequences on the analysis period of the documentation previously provided. If within 6 months (180 days) from the date of issue of the notification the documentation is not completed, it will be filed.
