Procedure regarding the issuance of the prior operating permit for tourist accommodation structures with leisure functions in tourist resorts*

Economic operators who carry out leisure activities in tourist resorts are required to request a prior approval, before obtaining the operating permit issued by the city halls.

The documentation will be checked within 5 days from the date of registration, and if necessary, a request to complete it will be issued if it is incomplete.

Within 30 days from the date of registration of the complete documentation, the prior approval will be issued, if the conditions provided in art. 2 of Government Decision 511/2011 are met.
