This procedure aims to establish the norms, rules, and instructions to ensure the proper conduct of activities for the automatic recognition, by the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iași, of teaching positions in higher education obtained from accredited higher education institutions abroad.

The applicant may file an appeal within 3 working days from the communication of the outcome of the recognition file evaluation. The appeal is formulated in writing, according to the template included in the procedure, uploaded to the platform and/or sent to the e-mail address

The appeals committee meets within a maximum of 3 working days from receiving the appeal and, within 5 working days, communicates the solution to the formulated appeal to the applicant by e-mail. A legal action against the recognition decision may be filed in the courts, according to the applicable legal rules.
