Required documents:

• The letter issued by the Ministry of Education and Research – National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) recommending the completion of a practice internship in a community or hospital pharmacy, approved by the College of Pharmacists of Romania;

• Certificate of completion of the full internship in a community or hospital pharmacy;

• Copy of the bachelor's degree;

• Copy of identity card;

• Practice notebook stamped and signed by the local College, where the pharmacy at which the internship was carried out is located.

The file is submitted at the CFR headquarters, in order to schedule the reevaluation examination of professional knowledge.
