Procedure for sanitary-veterinary registration of retail activities of food products of animal origin, by the County Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Directorates, respectively of the city of Bucharest
The procedure applies to:
Butcher shop, Slaughterhouse, Poultry and/or lagomorphs slaughter center at the farm level, Wild game collection center, Integrated milk processing center/belonging to the farm, Independent milk processing center, Milk production farm, Fishing vessel, Landing point, Fish retail store, fish market, Batrachian, gastropod, crustacean collection center, Integrated fish processing center within the aquaculture farm, Honey and other apiculture products extraction, collection center, Apiary, Retail store for honey and other apiculture products, Egg collection center, Public catering unit, Pizzeria, Canteen, Confectionery and/or pastry laboratory, Confectionery/Pastry shop, Tourist guesthouse, regardless of specifics, Grocery store, Hypermarket/Supermarket, Online sales units, Food vending machines, Mobile food retail units, Fair, food exhibition, Local gastronomic points, Food warehouse, Catering, Vehicle washing and disinfection station.

It includes, as appropriate: 1) the certificate of status/registration certificate issued by the trade registry office next to the court in whose territorial jurisdiction the activity is carried out, 2) a copy of the agricultural sector product trading card/producer certificate proving ownership of animals, issued by the city hall, 3) a copy of the hunter membership card/commercial fishing permit endorsed for the current year by professional associations in the field (in the case of hunters and fishermen).*

ATTENTION!!! The file is to be prepared only in the case of the sanitary-veterinary registration of vending machines selling food products (vending type machines) and must contain the following documents: a) written application; b) copy of the certificate of findings or, as the case may be, the certificate of registration issued by the trade register office attached to the court in whose territorial jurisdiction the activity is carried out; c) copies of the technical sheet of the type of machine/machines for which registration is requested. d) proof that the fees have been paid. THE WRITTEN APPLICATION MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: a) the name, address and contact details of the company operating the vending machines through which the sale of food products is carried out; b) number of machines held by the food sector operator through which the sale of food products is carried out; c) list of vending machines for food products.-* see the predefined form.*
