The registration in the trade register of PFA, II, and IF is done based on the motivated resolution of the director of the trade register office attached to the court or of the person designated by Decision of the general director of ONRC. Against the resolution of the director of the trade register office attached to the court or the designated person, a complaint may be filed within 15 days from pronouncement or communication, as applicable. The complaint is submitted to the court in whose territorial area the professional headquarters of the applicant is located and is judged under common law conditions.
