Acquiring signature right in Romania_EU, SEE, Swiss Confeder. nationals_establishment in Romania_with signature right_equivalent right The Romanian Order of Architects is the competent authority for the recognition of the official qualification titles for the architect profession for the nationals of the Member States of the European Union, nationals of the Member States of the European Economic Area and nationals of the Swiss Confederation. The signature right is granted by the automatic recognition of the qualification title and the signature right. The recognition of the qualification title and of the signature right are achieved by the National Commission for the Recognition of Qualifications (CNRC). With reference to the pursuit of the profession, given the provisions of art. 95 paragraph (1) of ROF, the person injured by the services provided by an OAR member architect shall file a disciplinary complaint, which shall be settled by the OAR competent disciplinary commission. The injured person can also use the internal law procedures in order to settle any conflict (OAR-architect, OAR-beneficiary, architect-client, architect-architect).
