For the recognition of the didactic functions of associate professor and professor – at least 3 names and contact addresses of personalities in the field, from the country or from abroad, who have agreed to write letters of recommendation regarding the professional qualities of the applicant*

Proof of holding the status of PhD supervisor – only for the recognition of the teaching position of professor*
