The procedure regulates all the operations leading to the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, which aims at drafting the documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, for awarding public works design through tender during the feasibility study phase, for court requests and notarial operations regarding real estate circulation, the establishment of a right of way in relation to the applicant’s request (beneficiary/investor), and in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 839 of October 12, 2009 for approving the methodological norms for the application of Law No. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.

Receipt of legal fee payment (copy):

Fee = 30% of the amount initially paid

Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 24TREZ27121070250XXXXX CUI 4344600, through the Târgoviște Treasury.
