By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, together with the supporting documents, to the Cluj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Delivery Note and the Applications with the supporting documents.
