Technical Notice for CONNECTION/ATTACHMENT
Note: This Technical Notice is issued for execution works of new building constructions and utility connections with Building Permit or water connections and sewer attachments to be executed with the approval of the road owner, for existing buildings.
To obtain the notice you need:
- Standard request form;
- Urbanism Certificate;
- The technical project (PT) and Execution Details (DE), developed by an authorized designer and verified by a project verifier, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated, Law 193/2019 for the amendment and completion of Law 50/1991, amended and approved;
- Site plan of the interior networks (positioning of the water meter and sewer connection chambers, route of the interior network to the building), at a scale of 1:500;
- Property Register extract for the building for which the Technical Notice is requested;
- Utility network approval (Technical Location Approval), issued by Aquatim S.A.
The approval fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid when submitting the documentation. Payment of technical notices is made at the cashier’s office at str. Enric Baader no. 11. The documents needed to obtain the technical notices can also be sent by email or submitted at the Customer Relations Service, on str. Enric Baader no. 11, Monday to Friday between 8-15.
