The technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in Land Improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of Land Improvement works where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical protection solution for land improvement works and will be compulsorily checked according to the law by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of express national roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be approved by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

Government Decision / County Council / Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of the investment objectives of national, county, local interest under the conditions of the law, as applicable.*

Copy of the ANIF approval for permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of lands located outside the built-up areas of localities, for verifying the compliance with the conditions imposed at the issuance of the approval (if applicable)*
