The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number, and/or topographic number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document*

Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Status from the Trade Registry or the document on the basis of which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary being a legal entity*

In case of representation, a notarial power of attorney or, as applicable, a delegation/decision of the general meeting of the associations, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card for the authorized individual, or a copy of the passport for the authorized individual with domicile abroad.*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land holding document (for example: concession contract, lease, settlement, superficies, etc...) with notarized authentication (except for requests for works provided in art.7, para.1 of LG.50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished)*

The technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in Land Improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of Land Improvement works where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be compulsorily checked according to the law by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of express national roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (valid), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan.*

Copies of payment documents.*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity within a maximum of 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable (except in the case where the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the construction and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions). (except for requests for works provided in art.7 para.1 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished). (except for investment works of public utility).*
