The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the urbanism certificate, which is intended for the preparation of documentation for authorizing construction works, for awarding by public tender the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for court applications and notarial operations concerning real estate transactions, establishing a right of way according to the applicant’s request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 approving the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
Receipt of payment of the legal fee (copy):
- up to 150 sq.m. - 6.77 lei
- between 151 – 250 sq.m. inclusive – 7.9 lei
- between 251 – 500 sq.m. inclusive - 10.15 lei
- between 501 – 750 sq.m. inclusive – 13.54 lei
- between 751 – 1000 sq.m. inclusive – 15.80 lei
- over 1,000 sq.m. – 15.80+0.01 lei/sq.m. for each sq.m. exceeding 1,000 sq.m.
The fee for issuing the urbanism certificate for the rural area is 50% of the fee established above.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account RO 15TREZ27521070250XXXXX CUI 14932420, through the Pucioasa Treasury.
Proof of payment is uploaded in Section III. If you do not have the document proving payment and do not know how much you have to pay, upload an empty file, and we will inform you directly in your eDirect account about the amount to be paid. After you make the payment, you send us the proof of payment.
