The technical connection/branching approval from the network administrator/owner accompanied by the cadastral plan issued by OCPI (1:500 - 2 copies) that must include the route of the work.*

Location permits from the other administrators/holders of existing technical-utility networks in the area (copies) – as applicable: a) water supply b) sewage c) electricity supply d) natural gas e) telephony f) Netcity Telecom g) Municipal Company Public Lighting Bucharest h) Municipal Company Termoenergetica SA - as applicable i) Sanitation contract Other permits/ agreements (as applicable)*

Technical Documentation (written parts + drawn parts) - checked by a certified verifier (including the verifier’s report) - 2 original copies and project verifier’s identification (copy).*

Work execution contract concluded with the administrator/holder of the technical-utility network.*

Contract for pavement repairs according to legal provisions.*

The execution schedule targeted by the administrator/owner of the technical-utility network.*

The road administrator may also request other documents it considers necessary for the issuance of the agreement/authorization.*
