The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the cadastral and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in cases where the building permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.
