For example: the title deed, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid document of land ownership (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with notarial authentication; (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7, para. 1 4 of Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works republished)*

Owner's consent for carrying out the investment objective, in case the land is held by a person other than the owner; administrator's consent for carrying out the investment objective, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state – original and copy*

The urbanism certificate (within its validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan endorsed by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from the agricultural circuit), as applicable*

Copy of the ANIF Notice for drafting the ZUP (accompanied by the Local Council Decision approving the ZUP) for verification of compliance with the imposed conditions, if applicable*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of the submission of the documentation, as applicable. (Except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure according to the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7 para 1 4 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works republished); (except for public utility investment works)*
