EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation citizens who settle in Romania and wish to practice the occupation of tour guide are required to obtain the tour guide certificate and badge, according to the documentation for the recognition of professional qualifications obtained in an EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation member state. The applicant must submit to the central public tourism authority the application provided in Annex no. 2 of OMEAT no. 180/2023i, accompanied by the documents listed in the "Required Documents" section.
